Refund Policy
Returns
You may return your item under the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All tags must still be attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Please note:
Items priced under $25 are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
Return Fees
We offer two simple options:
Store Credit (recommended)
Returns for store credit are completely free.
Refund to Original Payment Method
If you prefer a refund, a small return processing fee will be deducted:
- Canada — CA $14.00
- United States — US $14.00
- United Kingdom — £9.95
- Australia — AU $20.00
Refund Process
Once your return arrives and is inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method (minus the applicable return fee).
Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after your return has been received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We carefully check every item before shipping, but if something isn’t right, we’ll take care of it.
If your order arrives:
- damaged
- defective
- with a strong odor
- or if you received the wrong item
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Include a clear photo of the issue and we will resolve it quickly with a replacement or store credit.

Do not use the return portal for damaged or incorrect items — contacting us directly is faster and completely free.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
- After this, your order is already in processing and cannot be modified
If you need to cancel after this window, you can return your order once it arrives.
Tip:
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
